What is Health Anxiety?
Health anxiety is more than “just worrying.”
It’s living in a constant cycle of:
Obsessively scanning your body for symptoms.
Googling every sensation, convinced it means something serious.
Seeking reassurance from doctors, family, or friends ... only to feel calm for a moment before the fear returns.
