I know what it’s like to live in constant fear of your own body.
After a life-changing health diagnosis, I spent years consumed by health anxiety ...convinced that my body was out to get me. I was stuck in the fear loop, scanning for symptoms, Googling every sensation, and waiting for the next thing to go wrong.
It was exhausting, isolating, and completely took over my life.
But I refused to let anxiety be the end of my story.
Through years of study, experimentation, and deep personal transformation, I discovered what actually works to break free. Out of that journey, I created my signature framework ... The Trust & Thrive Method™ a step-by-step process to help you move from fear to freedom.
Today, I use that exact method to help my clients break free from the fear of symptoms, rebuild trust in their bodies, and finally feel calm, clear, and in control again.
My approach combines neuroscience, mindset coaching, and nervous system regulation techniques to create real, lasting change. It’s practical, compassionate, and deeply personal ... because I’ve been where you are, and I know what it takes to get to the other side.
Known for my calm, grounded energy and relatable storytelling, I don’t just teach theory; I walk this path alongside my clients, supporting them every step of the way as they reclaim their peace, their confidence, and their lives.
My Journey From Fear To Freedom

2018 was my darkest year.
After a life-changing health diagnosis, I felt completely alone ...convinced I was the only one struggling to trust my body again. The constant battle with my mind left me exhausted and afraid, and it eventually brought me to my darkest hour…
But that hour became the turning point — the moment that actually ended up changing my life for the better.
Health anxiety was one of the hardest things I ever had to explain to other people.
During my darkest days, I’d hear things like, “What are you worrying about?” or “It’s probably nothing.” And while I knew those words were well-meaning, they didn’t help .... they just made me feel more alone.
I knew my thoughts were sabotaging me. I even knew that most of the time, I’d been okay ... that the symptoms I’d been so terrified of never turned into anything serious.
But I still couldn’t stop.
I was stuck in a fear loop .... constantly scanning my body, waiting for the next symptom, convinced something was about to go wrong. It felt like living in a fear-filled world I couldn’t escape.

Today, I run The Health Anxiety Coach, working with clients worldwide to overcome health anxiety, rebuild trust in their bodies, and regain a sense of calm, clarity, and control.
Through my signature framework, The Trust & Thrive Method™, I’ve guided countless clients out of the fear loop — helping them wake up without dread, stop Googling symptoms, and start living the life they’ve been missing out on.
